Coach and consultant with 15 years in the corporate world, and 10+ years as a self-employed worker. Founder of Oz Consulting, Luxembourg. Sport and artistic enthusiast. Proud father of three.
Why Oz Consulting?
Oz is a reference to the wizard of Oz. It is also an allegory reminding us that "the true strength and qualities we seek are often already within us." In Oz, there is a magician, who is an ordinary man achieving extraordinary things. We believe these achievements are magical, but he uses very logical methods and practices to create the extraordinary and allow projects or transformations to come to life.

How coaching changed my life
I don't consider myself a "coach," "consultant," or "entrepreneur," but rather someone with diverse interests and skills, using them to serve society and its challenges
One day, I realized that it wasn’t "normal" for me to only do one full-time job within a single organization. Being skilled at adapting and understanding situations, I decided to create my own activity and work on interesting projects in places and with people who needed me. I am nourished and evolve through the encounters and projects I engage in. Since I’m paid for this, it became my "profession" and a passion.
Coaching was the social vehicle that allowed me to continue learning and growing. I also started an artistic venture (creating modern art), which I continue alongside my coaching.
The common thread between both disciplines is "perceiving and acting on different levels of reality" and “bringing beauty to both physical spaces and inner worlds."
